Returns & Exchanges

To submit a return or exchange, please complete our return request form at the bottom of this page.


Your order number can be found on your packing slip and in your order confirmation email. Order numbers start with a [3-4]-character prefix followed by a number. 


Our Guarantee

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing and decoration defects and will accept any defective item for a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Requirements
  • Authorization: Must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shipping Deadline: Items must be shipped within 30 days of authorization. Late returns will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Condition: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags intact.
  • Decorated Items (e.g. Embroidered): Items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
  • Pet Hair Policy: Garments with animal or pet hair are considered "used" and are ineligible for return.
  • Footwear: Must include the original box/packaging.
Important: If an item is sent back in a condition that violates these terms, Uniform Stores will not return the item to you. Please double-check your items before shipping.

Decorated items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

We do not offer exchanges. Please follow the return process instructions outlined below. Upon successful return, your refund will be credited back to the original payment (original shipping charges will not be refunded). You can then place a new order for your desired items.

Returns are easy, fast, and free. There are just a few quick steps to complete:
  • To start, please go to our Return Request Form at the bottom of this page. Complete the Customer Information, Purchase Information, and Return Details sections of the form. Once complete, submit the form to us and we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
  • Ship the items back using the original packaging and prepaid label. Please ensure your return is shipped back to us within 30 days of original order delivery. Returns that arrive after 30 days from original order delivery may be ineligible for a refund.
  • Once your items are received and inspected (please allow 48 hours to process), your return will be processed as follows:
    • If your items were paid for by your employer, you will receive store credit for your return that can be used for 30 days. Store credit will expire after 30 days.
    • If you paid for your items by credit card, a refund will be processed to your card. Please note it can take 3 – 5 days for your card issuer to post the refund or even longer for debit cards.
    • If your items are deemed ineligible for return (worn, damaged, decorated, or merchandise without tags), we will notify you and dispose of them accordingly.
